If you have been an ardent follower of my blog you must be wondering why I keep changing the title of this blog? Am I lost or just simply confused? I think not. Its more like trying to figure out what it is represent.
Discourse was conceived as a forum where people can discuss issues pertaining almost anything that affects us as human beings or maybe aliens. But then I thought, this is supposed to be my blog init? So I replaced it with “Viewpoint Of A Maverick” which seemed pretty much what I was about, a maverick. But then I felt it sounded too long. This is just a blog man. Need it be that long. So I thought since I write from a certain vantage point, a different platform where people can see me clearly….a “Soapbox” may just be it. A Soapbox? well that didn’t stick and probably informed an abstinence from blogging for a while. So here am I at 1.14am Nigerian time wondering just what I’m about man. What makes you different? You always mostly on the other side of the fence. Are you for real or surreal?
Since I don’t measure up as others do most times it thus means I use a different metric. A radical way of viewing issues, esoteric and simply nonsensical at best. Yes thats me Ugo… Ugometric.
So welcome to Ugometrics where I take you down my lane. At least once every week I’m going to attempt to complicate your life in a productive way. Show you the other side of things we mostly ignore. By complicating that aspect of your life, life in general becomes simple. I just hope in remain “sane” afterwards.
