The Federal Government of Nigeria is allegedly seeking to award revenue collection to SICPA, a global provider of security inks and secured identification company.
SICPA is not new in Nigeria. In 1987, the company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Nigerian Security Printing & Minting (NSPM). This was followed by a Shareholders’ Agreement signed between NSPM and SICPA Holding in 1990 which led to the creation of a joint venture
