The NNPC has signed MoU with Russia’s Lukoil, which happens to be one of Russia’s largest energy companies.
Some 50 African Presidents (including Nigeria’s Muhammadu Buhari) are in Russia to meet with Putin in what is being called the Russia-Africa Summit.
