Health-tech startup, Remedial Health, has raised $12 million in Series A funding comprising $8 million equity and $4 million debt.
The company says the funding will be deployed to accelerate its expansion across Nigeria and to provide access to credit for inventory purchases for its growing customer base.
Remedial Health is using its B2B model to ease the purchasing processes for pharmacies, drugstores and healthcare providers.
Remedial Health has received $1 million in pre-seed funding to digitize pharmacies in Nigeria and across Africa.
