A judge in Italy have highlighted the reasons for convicting Mr Emeka Obi and Gianluca Di Nardo, both middlemen to Shell and ENI during the OPL 245 deal.
The Nigerian Federal Government, yesterday, instituted legal action against the Royal Dutch Shell and ENI in a London commercial court.
