A Federal High Court has ruled that the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is entitled to 1% of the Nigerian Content Development Fund levy on all upstream oil and gas transactions in the country.
The fund expansion was one of the decisions taken at the board’s recent meeting.
