LASTMA COURT CASE
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has no authority to impose fine on motorist, the Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has ruled. The court disclosed this in a court case between a motorist, Jonathan Odutola and the LASTMA which began in 2011.
