IMPORT LICENSE SUIT
The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has urged the Court of Appeal in Abuja to overturn a Federal High Court decision and join the Commission as a defendant in the lawsuit challenging Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE’s N100 billion import license case.
The Federal High Court in Abuja has struck out the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited’s (NNPCL) preliminary objection challenging the competence of the N100 billion import license suit instituted by Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE.
