The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a request by a data lawyers’ association to be joined as a defendant in the suit challenging the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc’s (NIBSS) restraining order over its management of the Bank Verification Number (BVN) database.
