The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has signed a 10-year gas supply agreement with Dangote Refinery, marking a significant boost for local production and industrial growth in Nigeria. 
The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has reached an agreement with Dangote Refinery to directly lift premium motor spirit (petrol), diesel and other products.  
Three oil companies—Matrix Petroleum Services Limited, A.A. Rano Limited, and AYM Shafa Limited—have asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to prohibit the Nigeria Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) from reviewing or withdrawing their import licenses. 
Vitol, Trafigura, and BP Plc have emerged as the dominant buyers of refined products from Dangote Refinery, securing 75% of its output, according to a recent report.  
The Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) has reacted to the pricing of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS)  from the Dangote Refinery, describing the  N990 price as inconsiderate.  
The recent petrol price hike by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited has taken a toll on Nigerians, particularly commuters and motorists nationwide.
