A former Group Executive Director of a bank has testified in a case against the former Managing Director of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), Ahmed Kuru, along with four others, over charges bordering on allegedly defrauding Arik Airline of N76 billion and $31.5 million.
