ABIDJAN-LAGOS HIGHWAY
Nigeria’s 79-kilometre stretch of the proposed Abidjan-Lagos Corridor Highway will be executed through a shared responsibility among the Federal Government, Lagos State Government, and the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).
ECOWAS has indicated that construction of the 1028-kilometer Abidjan-Lagos highway project is set to commence in January 2024.
FG has stated that the construction of the 1,028kilometre Abidjan-Lagos highway is expected to benefit at least 40 million West Africans upon completion.
