Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (GTB) released its financial results for the year ended December 2015. The result showed that Net interest income rose by 12.33% from N142 billion in 2014 to N159 billion in 2015.
The bank also increased its net fee and commission income by 6.39% from N45.8 billion in 2014 to N48.7 billion in 2015, while expenses grew by 2% from N94 billion in 2014 to N96 billion in 2015.
Pre-tax profits rose by 3.7% from N116.3 billion in 2014 to N120.6 billion in 2015, while profit after tax rose by 5.3% from N94.4 billion in 2014 to N99.4 billion in 2015.
GTB was trading at N16.60 up 2.15% as at press time.
