What are the benefits of suspending online payment in foreign currency with Naira card? Who benefits, the people or banks and malams selling foreign currencies? We have to open a DOM account. Then go to the roadside to buy foreign currency at almost double the price and go deposit in bank – just to pay $5 for a book, an online course or a service?
How many are benefiting from that ridiculous concept, and how many are profiteering off it?

Who is going to issue the card, CBN, or the bank I registered with?
