Nigeria’s Blessing Oborududu has bagged a silver medal in the 68Kg women’s wrestling category at the Tokyo Olympics on Tuesday.
Blessing lost the final match 4-1 to USA’s Tamyra Stock-Mensah, achieving Nigeria’s second medal at the Tokyo Games.
Earlier today, Nigeria won its first medal at the Tokyo Olympics, as Ese Brume recorded a 6.97 metres jump in the final of the women’s long jump to win her first Olympic medal and Nigeria’s first at the Tokyo games.
