Ikeja Hotel Plc Reports Half Year Loss of N229.4 million.

Ikeja Hotel Plc released its unaudited financial statements for the period ended 30th of June, 2021.

• Revenue for the period was N3.76 billion (+29.4% YoY)
• Cost of sales was N2.88 billion.(+5.7% YoY)
• An operating profit of N250.6million was recorded. (+165.2% YoY)
• Administrative and general expenses totalled N672.42 million. (-0.8% YoY)
• Loss after tax for the period was N229.4 million.
• Loss per share of -11 kobo Vs -38 kobo YoY
• Total assets for the period stood at N41.86 billion
