Lagos State has recorded 3 new deaths due to coronavirus related complications.

According to the update from the State Ministry of Health via the official Twitter handle, @LSMOH, all three deaths are males, aged 51, 52 and 62.

“This brings to 10, the number of #COVID19 related deaths in Lagos State,” the tweet reads. “One of the deceased; a medical doctor had contact with an infected person who recently returned to the country. #StayAtHome” it adds. The other two deaths have no history of travelling out of the country, or any contact with any of the confirmed cases, confirming the rise in community transmission as the health commissioner, Professor Akin Abayomi had pointed out.
