Lagos State government has discharged five patients after they tested negative twice for coronavirus.
This was disclosed by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Sunday evening. The discharged patients are four females and 1 male.

Meanwhile, the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 13 new confirmed cases of Coronavirus infections in Nigeria on Saturday. Out of the 13 new cases, 11 are in Lagos state, 1 in Delta, and 1 in Kano states. The NCDC made this announcement through its official Twitter handle.
With this development, the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria has reached 318. The cases are spread across 19 states of the federation, as well as the Federal Capital Territory.
According to the NCDC, the distribution across the states is as follows; Lagos- 174, FCT- 56, Osun– 20, Edo- 12, Oyo- 11, Ogun– 7, Bauchi– 6, Kaduna- 6, Akwa Ibom– 5, Katsina-4, Delta- 3, Enugu- 2, Ekiti– 2, Rivers-2, Kwara– 2, Ondo– 2, Benue- 1, Niger- 1, Anambra– 1 and Kano-1.
