The Nigerian Stock Exchange All-Share Index and Market Capitalisation depreciated by 5.02% to close the week at 32,327.59 basis points. Year to date, the All Share Index is down 15.47%. This week’s trading session was the worst so far this year, due to the market falling 3.46% on Wednesday. The market recorded four straight days of losses, before closing Friday on a positive note.

13 equities appreciated in price during the week, lower than 33 in the previous week. 58 equities depreciated in price, higher than 39 equities of the previous week, while 98 equities remained unchanged, higher than 97 equities recorded in the preceding week.
