Well folks I have ask nairametric to stop paying me in zimbabewe dollar,i will only accept money in mexico rupees or peso, work ethic is really an art and the science is only one part of it.i was influenced mainly be most people I meet, some of them are members of family and some of those who I worked under taught me a lot and some teachers in primary schools and high school.
I had a woman teacher in primary school a well-round lady, full of humour, she pushed us kids spiritually, for us,to be who we are.i had a boss in Enugu state, where I was working, the man,if he does not knows, taught me how to talk to the spirit of the human spirit.it is not I admired as a man,but I loved his style of working.WE start working about 8 in the morning but by 1 in the afternoon,we start to decline in productivity,we start to gossip and chats, but this boss of mine is still going as if nothing happened, each day we uses about 5 typists and secretaries.
I was a kid then,i thought what the heck is this ? Who is this man ? our overall boss is not as productive as him,I was bold enough,i went to his office one, when nobody around him, I asked him or told him something like this ” oga you work too hard, why are you going on,you do not seen to be slowing down, and you dot concern yourself with other things going around us”as I uses to read his memo, which he wrote.it is not I want to be like him,but I want to be a better person in my rights as a person.he told me he that he takes multti-vitamin daily.he could have told me to buzz-off or.you means nothing to me,i am your boss, just get on your job…
maybe I thank him him or not,but he gave me free advice, what I learntfrom him is not taught in university any where in our world.i learnt a person is made up of many parts of which is “THOSE WHO LOVED YOU AND HATED YOU,THEY WILL MAKES YOU A BETTER PERSON. DO NOT GET BITTER ABOUT LIFE,JUST GET ON YOUR LIFE.By the age of 18 yrs I have all the education I needs in my life both mentally and spiritually.i decides I will not work for anybody in my life ever again.
My young Nigerian those who have bank account, should ask your branch official for financial adviser,do they have any stockbroker or securities dealer,if they do not have any,see the branch manager and lodge some complain,if they do not comply write to their head office.folks I am running out of time,i will link up in about 2 day if god allow, haven bless al of you
