The Board of Directors of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc are to meet on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 to consider the Audited Financial Statement for the half year ended June 30, 2016 and also issues relating to interim dividend might be discussed.
The Bank is to forward the Audited Accounts to CBN for approval before releasing it on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
They promised to submit the Bank’s half year Audited report on or before September 30, 2016.
