Nigerian Stocks Start The Week On A Loss

The Nigerian Stock Exchange started the week on a negative note, as the All Share Index (ASI) depreciated by 0.04% to close at 24,423.37.

Last week the stock market traded higher on Monday, then lower through to midweek before inking some gains through to the end of the week. The losses in midweek however outweighed the gains at the start and back-end of the week, hence a lower close for the week

AFRIPUD lost 4.65% to close at N2.46

LIVESTOCK lost 4.58% to close at N1.25

CCNN lost 4.22% to close at N8.62

NEIMETH lost 4.17% to close at N0.69

DIAMONDBNK lost 3.87% to close at N1.49
