Vitafoam in January issued a press release that it was delaying release of its 2014 FY results for the period ended September 2014 and first quarter ended Decmber 2014. The company claimed this was due to its transition to Sage ERP X3 package. Vitafoam also assured investors that the results will be released “as soon as possible”.
Well, it is March 8th 2015 and over six weeks since it made that announcement and the results are still not out. This is also over 5 months after its year end. How long will this continue considering the apprehension it could be causing some shareholders. Will they eventually release their results in the coming week? For now though, all we can say is where are the results going to be released.
