More reviews from the proposed 2015 Federal Budget are trickling in and this was one I saw in the Nation. The president it says will be buying a new aircraft is to join the presidential fleet next year. According to the Nation, the purchase won’t be an outright as it will be a trade-in of an old aircraft. The Government has therefore proposed N400 million as deposit to be paid to the manufacturer. Someone out there is definitely not thinking about belt-tightening.
