CADBURY NIGERIA PLC: CHANGE OF CORPORATE REGISTRARS TO FIRST REGISTRARS LIMITED – Cadbury Nigeria Plc notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange that it has changed its corporate Registrars from Union Registrars Nigeria limited to First Registrars Nigeria Limited.The change of corporate Registrars is effective 12th August 2013.
VONO PRODUCTS PLC: APPOINTMENT OF NEW REGISTRAR– Vono Products Plc re-notified The Exchange and Market Operators of the appointment of Meristem Registrars Limited as the new Registrars to the Company with effect from 1st August, 2013.
However, following recent clarification that UAC Registrars Limited will still operate under its current brand for a period of time and considering the imminence of Vono Products Plc’s Annual General Meeting scheduled to hold on Thursday, 29th August, 2013 and other exigencies, it has been decided that the handing over process will run for three months from 26th July, 2013 to 31st October, 2013 for a detailed exercise.
Consequently, UAC Registrars Limited will conduct Shareholders’ accreditation at the Annual General Meeting with Meristem Registrars Limited as observer. The transition process will terminate effectively on 31st October, 2013 with Meristem Registrars assuming full responsibility of Vono Products Share Register and allied services from 1st November, 2013
