Fats Lazarides founder of Ocean Basket talked about how he started Ocean Basket in Pretoria South Africa. He founded the company after realising decent sea food was very expensive at the time. Back then he was restricted to only selling fish and chips at the shopping mall in a bid to protect other fast food owners. That inadvertently helped his business as customers easily recognised his business as the only Sea Food restaurant and would prefer to bring their own coffee, drinks and other food items required to complement the sea food.
Ocean Basket like we all know is in Nigeria now and is one of the most poplar Sea Food Restaurants in VI.
