I have been approached by some people looking to get a TIN for the companies. Thankfully, the Joint Tax Board has released ads detailing the steps you need to take to obtain a TIN. I culled them…see below;

Step 1: Visit Any Tax Authority Office nearest to you and obtain the relevant application form.

Step 2: Complete the application form and return to the Tax authority with valid proof of identity such as Driver’s License, International Passport or any other similar valid document.

Step 3: Provide required biometric information

Step 4: Upon Confirmation a card will be issued to you on the spot.

The Tax Identification Number is issued Free Of Charge

    Getting TIn for business in Nigeria suppose to be free but Nigeria officer’s has turned this to pot of soup.

    I am tired with Nigerian mentality. Kindly give us more information how to get it free in Oyo State. I do not think we can get it free?
