Nestle issued the following press release on dividend payments.
The Directors of Nestlé Nigeria PLC have the pleasure to inform the shareholders and the general public of the declaration of an interim dividend of Ten Naira (N10.00k) (2013 N1.50k) per ordinary share of 50 kobo each in the share capital of the Company.
The dividend, which is subject to appropriate withholding tax, is payable on Monday, 8 December 2014 to all shareholders on the Register of Members of the Company as at the close of business on Friday, 21 November 2014.
The Register of Members of the Company will be closed from Monday, 24 November 2014 to Friday, 28 November 2014, both dates inclusive to enable the preparation and payment of the interim dividend.Full Press Release
