Check Your Mail Box or Bank Accounts: Dividends Paid Between Janaury and May 2014
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on Linkedin

It’s that time of the year when every investor awaits dividend payments from companies listed on the floor of the Nigerian stock exchange. Dividends are paid at different dates by respective companies and from experience it is not unusual to miss some of these payments. The list below is a breakdown of dividends already paid between January and May 2014.

These dividends are mailed to the last address you gave your stockbrokers when you purchased the shares. So, if you have moved out of the address, I suggest you go back to your former address to retrieve the dividend because it will be posted there. Better still, you can get in touch with the registrars to ensure you get your dividends. Investors with E-dividends need not worry as their dividend will be credit to their accounts on the dividend payment date. If you haven’t received an alert, I suggest you contact your bank or registrars. This page will be updated again in June 2014 to included payments made in that month.
