The Cement Company of Northern Nigeria (CCNN) has received approval of its shareholders to merge with Obu Cement Plc.
Abdul Samad Rabiu rang the closing gong of The NSE to mark the end of trading on Wednesday and the completicompletion the CCNN/Kalambaina Cement Merger.
With this shareholder approval, the new CCNN will have a total installed capacity of 2million metric tonnes.

Abdulsamad Rabiu stated that the group’s total production capacity could hit 8m metric tonnes by the end of the 2018.
