Starcrest Nigeria Energy Limited has issued a stern warning on the acquisition of Eland Oil & Gas by Seplat Petroleum Development Plc.
Seplat Petroleum Development Plc has just announced that it will be acquiring Eland Oil & Gas, following agreements by the companies' boards of directors.
