Seplat Energy Plc has confirmed the retirement of Dr. A.B.C Orjiako from the board of the company following an AGM scheduled in a few days time.
Seplat has disclosed that about 3.5 million units of ordinary shares indirectly held by its Chairman, Dr. A.B.C Orjiako, has been sold.
Pursley Resources Limited, acquired 900,000 units of the company's shares.
