  • Courteville Business Solutions Plc has notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange that it has changed its registered address from 90, Olonode Street, Alagomeji, Yaba Lagos to a new corporate Head Office at 38, Commercial Avenue, Sabo Lagos.
  • According to the company, the four storey building has so many features which include Panoramic elevators, Private lounge, Water fountain in the lobby, existing facilities for branch banking and ATM galleries, a 60 person training facilities with modern training equipment, 36 CCTV cameras all wired, teleconferencing system at 3 different locations within the building and Biometric access control.
  • The company also notes that the” building and its content values in excess of N1 billion”.
  • Courteville’s balance sheet as at September 2014, showed a total assets of N4,681,288.496 and a Net Asset of N3,222,726,279
  • The company however has a cash balance of just N79,977,446 as at September 2014 and only paid dividend per share of 2kobo last year.
  • The company did not state if part of the building will be rented out to third parties to provide some form of incremental revenue.

    although i am a shareholder of this company unless it is the things inside that makes it one billion naira head quarters but if it is just what what i see outside, come on are we little children? this is just my comment
