ENUGU State Government has handed over the State owned Sunrise Flour Mills Emene, Enugu to Dao Gia Vtv Nigeria Limited, a Vietnamese-Nigeria Company for resuscitation.
This is part of the Sullivan Chime administration’s determination to attract foreign investors that would boost the economy of the state and create jobs for the unemployed.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the government and the firm early this year. The very brief but colourful ceremony which took place at the premises of the company was the climax to months of deliberations, consultations and negotiations between the state government and the company.
