The World Bank has reviewed the target for Nigeria under the Digital Identity for Development (ID4D) increasing the number of Nigerians to be issued the National Identification Number (NIN) from 148 million to 180 million.
The World Bank has said it is restructuring the Nigeria Digital Identification for Development (ID4D) project to guarantee complete disbursement of the $430 million pledged for the project by the financiers.
