The Federal Government (FG) has disclosed it was planning to borrow a projected cumulative sum of N1.7 trillion to finance the 2020 budget from the N1.6 trillion borrowed in 2019.
The Federal Government (FG) is concluding the proposed 2020 budget appropriation bill which will be submitted to the National Assembly by the end of September 2019.
