Nigeria at 60 awards to hold on 30th of September

The Federal Government has announced that the new date for Nigeria at 60 Jubilee Special Award ceremony, will be the 30th of September. The new date was announced after the FG previously postponed it from September 3rd.

This was disclosed in a statement by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Otunba Adeniyi Adebayo, on Thursday in Abuja, according to the News Agency of Nigeria.

Adebayo added that the event will hold at the Presidential Banquet Hall, Aso Villa.

The award is organized alongside the Ownership Subcommittee of the Nigeria@60 Committee in collaboration with ‘Say It Loud Limited’, a media and digital communication firm.

The Minister who is also the Chairman of the award committee said “that 60 notable Nigerians who contributed immensely to the growth of the country would be honoured”
