Another alternative is to dial 0700-300-0000, press 1 to see your account balance option and then insert your 16-digit number followed by the # key. You will be asked to enter a 4-digit self service code which would have been sent to you h from registration. You will have to change the 4-digit code to a 4-digit PIN of your choice to check your account balance.
