Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc has announced a rights issue of 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at the offer price of 50 Kobo per share on the basis of one (1) new ordinary share for every six (6) ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each.
The rights issue will be opened for subscription on Monday, October 16, 2017 and closes Wednesday, 22 November 2017.
