UBA Plc, in a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange NSE has declared the commencement of the bank’s closed period from today January 11 2017 in respect Audited Accounts and Financial Statements for the period ended December 31st 2016. During this time, directors and related parties with access to sensitive information are not allowed to trade securities (shares and bonds) of the bank until the release of the Audited Accounts and Financial Statements to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and the general public.
