GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Nigeria Plc notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange that its Board Directors met on March 7, 2014 and accepted a notice of resignation and retirement from the Board of the Company from Chief Olusegun Osunkeye, OFR, OON, Chairman of the Board, with effect from the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting holding on June 11, 2014.
Also, the Company appointed Mr. Chinedum Okereke as a Director of the Company effective March 16, 2014.
