Rak Unity Petroleum is to pay a dividend of 10 kobo to shareholders today 28th August 2017. RAK Unity was incorporated on the 20th of December 1982, as a limited liability company. RAK Unity became the first Nigerian indigenous player to be listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, with its listing in the Alternative Securities (ASEM) segment. The ASEM segment is for small companies that do not meet the requirements for listing on the main bourse. The company is into the sales and distribution of petroleum products. McNichols Consolidated Plc’s closure of register will take place from the 25th-30th of August 2017. McNichols Plc commenced operations in 1999 and was listed in the (ASEM) segment of the NSE on the 18th of December 2009.
