Embattled Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele has just been awarded the Lifetime Award in Banking, Finance & National Development by the Institute of Service Excellence & Good Governance.
This was made known via a tweet by the handle of the CBN on Thursday. According to the website of the institute, its vision is to daily endeavor to be a frontier organization that consistently promotes and advocates for excellent standards of service performance and delivery in every sector saddled with the responsibility of economic productivity.
Intending associates register with a sign on fee of N40,000 and a yearly subscription upon qualification, of N20,000. After qualification, an Associate of the Institute will be entitled to affix AISEGG (Associate of the Institute for Service Excellence and Good Governance) behind their names.
It is unclear if Emefiele is also a member of the institute, however the tweets indicates that he must have cherished the award.
