The Nigerian Stock Exchange breathed a sigh of relief today as stocks closed slightly higher at 0.5% to 38,964.75 points at the close of business 17/2/2014. This was a welcome break-away from the losses experienced the whole of last week. Nigerian Breweries, Oando and GT Bank all made the gainers list. FBNH managed to close just above thirteen naira at (N13.01 after dipping below it for most of the day’s trading. Zenith Bank also managed to stay above N20 closing at about N20.50. The market lives to fight again.
