The move will see to the emergence of a standard aptitude test to be recognised by NECA, which employers can key into whenever they have a need to employ fresh graduates or fill entry level positions in their respective organisations. Ikazoboh said the current situation where every organisation that wanted to hire young graduates conducted separate aptitude tests for prospective employees was not only time consuming and confusing, but also wasteful of resources for both employers and candidates.
