It’s budget season and as expected State Governors have been taking turns to announce their respective 2016 Budgets. For some of these governors this will be their first ever Budget making event since being elected to power and will want to make the most of it. Whilst they want you to focus on the quantum of the budget and its potential impact on their state economy it appears that they also want you to notice something else. They have taken a cue from their predecessors in providing captions for their budgets.
